How It Works
- Make an appointment for a walkthrough – Important! Tag anything that is NOT part of the auction (or put it all in one area/room to make it easily identifiable).
- Discuss details on timeframe, expectations, and fees, if applicable (there is a chance that the estate would not qualify for an auction … meaning it has too low of a value). Once both parties come into agreement, anything removed before preparing for auction is grounds for us to cancel the entire transaction.
- Staff will be assigned to work directly on the premises, tagging, lotting, taking photos, and uploading items to our auction platform.
- The auction will go live with an estimated five bidding days.
- Once the auction ends, only bid winners will have access to the premises address. They will then schedule an appointment for the specified pick up dates/times.
- Our staff will handle all pick ups at the premises.
- Schedule a final walkthrough of the premises and discuss if further services are needed.
