- Includes a sort / dispose / donate process – items that can be sold via auction will be relocated to our warehouse versus the landfill.
- Typically, items that do not sell at auction will be offered to winning bidders for free or a nominal price (retained by Picks and Treasures) to help cover disposal fees.

How It Works
- Make an appointment for a free assessment – Important! Tag anything that is NOT part of the clear out (or put it all in one area/room to make it easily identifiable).
- Discuss the proposed clear out amount and schedule a time and day that is feasible for both parties to begin the clear out.
- Our team will show up on the day and will be directed accordingly to provide a quick and efficient clear out.
- A final walkthrough will be conducted to determine any other necessary steps needed before the job is complete.
